New Client FAQs

  • While our expertise lies in addressing acne and pigmentation, we're dedicated to helping anyone with skin concerns seeking genuine, long-lasting results. We're here for those committed to a journey towards clear, healthy, radiant skin. To achieve this, we prioritize clients willing to invest in ongoing treatments and follow our recommended home care, as true skin transformation takes consistent effort and dedication

  • Upon your arrival, please find a comfortable spot on the bench outside of our treatment room, and I'll be with you shortly.

    We'll begin by going over your consultation form, discussing your skin history, current routine, lifestyle habits, and your desired skin goals.

    During your session, you'll have the choice between a serene, quiet experience or having each step and product explained to you as we proceed.

    Towards the appointment's conclusion, we'll discuss product recommendations and craft a personalized treatment plan to help you track and maintain your progress.

    Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a follow up summary of your visit.

  • Please fill out all client intake forms and waivers during booking.

    Do not use any exfoliating products (AHAs, BHAs, Retinol, etc) at least 72 hours before your treatments.

    Do not use any prescription or topical creams at least 7 days prior to your appointment.

  • ·Please be sure that hair is at least the length of a grain of rice. If your hair is not long enough, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full service cost.

    · For excessively long hair, your esthetician may trim your hair down to prevent painful tugging at an additional cost of $5.00

    · Remember to arrive in loose fitting clothing. This makes changing more efficient and will allow breathability to waxed area after the service

    · You can take Ibuprofen, Aleve, or Tylenol to help with the pain. DO NOT TAKE ASPRIN, as it can thin your blood and become harmful during your service

    · Please make your esthetician aware if you are pregnant prior to beginning service

    · Please drink plenty of water leading up to the service to assist in skin hydration

    · Please DO NOT exfoliate within 48 hours of your service as this may make your skin sensitive and lead to reaction

    · Allergic Reaction
    · Open/Unused Products


    All items are checked prior to shipping/pick up. If you believe that your item was damaged in transit please contact texturesbyash@gmail.com within 48 hours. Please sure that your email includes a photo of the damaged item.

  • Please review Terms & Conditions located on our Terms page (top of page). All information will also be emailed to you within your email confirmation.

  • MEMBERSHIPS:
    All of our memberships hold a six month commitment, beginning on the day that you sign up. A valid credit card is required to remain on file the duration of the membership. Client will be charged the membership fee once each month. After six months, you will be given the option to renew your membership or cancel.

    It is client’s responsibility to schedule a treatment by the end of each month, as the unused session will expire and not carry over to the next month. Cancellation of membership before the end of the membership term will result in a penalty fee of $150 and you will be unable to sign up for any future memberships.

    PACKAGES:
    All packages are non-refundable and must be paid in full. Clients are responsible for scheduling their treatments before the six month expiration. Client can spread treatments out as they desire within the six month time frame. Late cancellation and/or no-show fees will be deducted from package total, as applicable.
